Heathfield Terrace was originally bought as a communal hall which was then demolished to form five luxury stone built houses which includes one pair of semi detached houses and one detached house.

The properties are constructed in sandstone with slate roofs which give a local conservation feel.

The main street leading up to the quiet residential plot has been fully cobbled to blend in with the surrounding streets and the houses sit perfectly within the far headingley conservation area.

The properties were very well received in the area and incorporate sliding sash windows.

Further properties of this style are currently in planning to be built at the back of Albert House which is located just round the corner from Heathfield Terrace.

All the properties at the Heathfield Terrace site are now sold.
