Property Redress Scheme Membership

The Property Redress Scheme is authorised by the Department of Communities and Local Government to offer redress to consumers of Letting and Property Management Agents under the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.
The following are the legislative definitions of Lettings Agency and Property Management Work:
"Lettings Agency Work" means things done by any person in the course of a business in response to instructions received from:
(a) a person seeking to find another person wishing to rent a dwelling-house under a domestic tenancy and, having found such a person, to grant such a tenancy (a prospective landlord);
(b) a person seeking to find a dwelling-house in England to rent under a domestic tenancy and, having found such a dwelling-house, to obtain such a tenancy of it (a prospective tenant).

This provides the ability to report maintenance issues, check your tenancy schedule, access your financials and update your contact details- all without needing to write a lengthy email or have to call.

Tenants will be provided with an invite directly to their email address in order to access the platform as soon as they complete their sign up to one of our fabulous rental properties.

This guide is for tenants and landlords in the private rented sector to help them understand their rights and responsibilities. It provides a checklist and more detailed information on each stage of the process, including:

MyDeposits tenant information

MyDeposits is the insurance scheme used for our rental properties to insure the deposits that are taken for each property.
They have put together a guide and prescribed information to help tenants gain understanding of the scheme and its safe measures.
Prescribed information is information landlords, who have taken a tenancy deposit, need to serve on their tenants about the tenancy deposit protection scheme they have used to protect the deposit money. Plus information about the deposit and the tenancy.
